Sorry for so basic question. How to get updates? The site point on form, which I did a few times. Please let me know what is suggested procedure, so I can do it correctly.

If the email address, product and eligibility matches our order database, then it is automated. Otherwise it falls back to manual lookup.

Thanks for response. Looks like there is some "misconnectio". I use same email for purchase, this forum, and purchase. For some reason no automated same as manual response. Could you please ask your team member who taking care about to take a look?
